HIIT (Strength VS Sweat)

This class utilizes a variety of resistance-based exercises (Kettlebells, TRX, barbells, dumbbells) that challenge muscular strength and endurance. These resistance-based exercises are combined with bodyweight exercises, delivered in high-intensity intervals to elevate the heart rate, improve metabolic conditioning, and increase your coordination, agility,speed, strength, and endurance.

Group Cycle (Performance)

Big 4

A comprehensive 4-week progression for learning the four big lifts in Bodybuilding. You’ll work in small groups with a specialist trainer to understand the mechanics of each movement and spruce up your lifting technique!

Kettlebell VS Bodyweight

Kettlebells are one of the most effective ways to increase your cardiovascular capacity, alongside developing your total body strength. Kettlebell training builds lean muscle and serves as a great form of low-impact, metabolic exercise. Kettlebell training develops coordination,stability, strength, and mobility and is combined with bodyweight movement fora dynamic full-body workout.


Suspension training that incorporates the use of two suspension straps to support your movement patterns and challenge your ability based on the adaptive variations, so that all fitness abilities can be catered for in a group environment. TRX is based around functional movement, challenges your core and muscular stabilizers, and increases your functional capacity in all forms of exercise.

An enjoyable cardio class for all levels where you will learn different Dancehall & Afrobeats dance steps to a variety of musical styles. We repeat the steps until you get them and then relax into the style and dance! No choreography to learn, just follow the teacher – it's like being in the club!

Sculpt to the Beat

This is a full-body resistance-based workout to the rhythms of different genres of music! Expect to sculpt, tone, and strengthen with a variety of compound and isolated movements, plus tempo variations to challenge your muscular strength and endurance. This class focuses on working the entire body to increase muscle mass and definition.


This class is all about learning how to use the Skillmill. During this session, you will learn how you can optimise your running technique, the health benefits, and different ways you can train and gain insight into how you can develop speed, power, agility, and stamina. This class is an induction to the Skillmill and so the content is not progressive.Be ready to sweat!


This class offers a slower-paced exercise, based on the key tenets of Yin. Achieve a sense of lightness and ease in your movements as you develop a deeper awareness of your breath and your body and enhance your mental focus.

Kids Strength and Conditioning

The mission of this class it to raise awareness and an understanding of the importanceof fitness, conditioning, and nutrition, which are key to obtaining a healthierlifestyle. This fun, interactive program is targeted to improve movementcompetency, make better food choices,foster social interaction and a positive attitude, as well as develop teambuilding and leadership skills.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A dynamic flow yoga that takes you through a series of poses challenging stability, strength, flexibility, and balance. Vinyasa Flow Yoga works with breath and movement to increase the range of motion in your joints, reduce muscular tension, and positively reduce your stress levels.


An enjoyable fitness class involving dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates Hip-Hop, Soca, Samba, Salsa, Merengue,Mambo, and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training.

Deep Stretch and Mobility

Advance your flexibility with a combination of active,passive, and dynamic flexibility training techniques. The class will utilise various props, such as resistance bands and yoga blocks, to enable convenience to all participants.
