Rich has been in the fitness industry for 15years and his style and training rhythm is always updating and progressing. Rich specialises in body transformation and understands that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind, which is what we should all aim to focus on. As a survivor of cancer, Rich knows first-hand how important a strong and healthy body and stimulated mind is in empowering you to get through hardships. Your goals are his goals and with his expertise and experience, nothing is impossible! If you're just starting out at the beginning of your journey or if you need an extra push to really drill into your training, Rich will help you achieve the best version of yourself. Jerone helps people shed fat, increase strength, feel like a million dollars, and build their best body! His mission is to help people change their lives and daily habits, working towards realistic goals to achieve their targets. Jerone’s personal transformation, both physically and mentally, have inspired him to progress on and help other, which is what he’s successfully been doing for 6 years. His specialties include bodybuilding, weight loss, group exercise and sports specific training. No matter where you are in your journey, Jerone is determined to become the ignition you need to fuel.
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Charley is renowned for achieving outstanding results with amix of nutritional diagnostics and bespoke training plans, adapting to individuals body types and goals. Charley has been a professional athlete for 15 years starting as a sprinter and moving to bikini bodybuilding, she is also a fully qualified GP referred personal rehabilitation coach/trainer. She is very well established and recognised within the fitness industry and is well respected for her expertise and regularly consults with various practitioners(including healthcare) aiding in patient care and functionality. Further qualifications include personal training/coaching clients with disabilities, sports injuries/rehabilitation, pre/postnatal, injury and illness, nutritional diagnostics, and NLP life coaching.
Ricky was a professional undefeated Boxing champion for 11 years. His boxing background means that he is able to teach clients discipline and motivate you in a way that will make you enjoy fitness and your personal training journey. He is supportive and has the knowledge and passion to get you the results that you deserve. Ricky has over 8 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and has a proven record of improving clients aesthetically, mentally and physically. His specialties include Boxanity, Bodypump, Spin, HIIT, LBT and abs. Ricky’s training style is positive, encouraging, empathetic, collaborative & understanding. Ricky will push you to your limits in a fun and engaging way. He is able to teach you how to incorporate health and fitness into your lifestyle whilst making it enjoyable. Daya is our enthusiastic, smiley receptionist who is currently doing an MA in Creative Writing. She has been figure-skating for four years and is particularly interested in advocating for adult athletes to take up new sports and challenge their limits. Daya is aiming to learn triple jumps and compete in the adult international championships one day! She is also learning ballet and undertaking plyometric training and weightlifting. Daya’s other interests include filmmaking, roller-skating and kung-fu.
Fun Fact: Daya has survived two house fires and she’s looking to start another.
Balthasar is an energetic and enthusiastic trainer with over 6 years of gym experience. He is a firm believer in the benefits of strength training and calisthenics, both for aesthetics and for function. His training specialties include strength training, fat loss and muscle gain, and his training style is always high energy and positive. Balthasar’s strengths include his passion for helping others, his extensive knowledge of constructing training programs and correcting form, and his infectious energy and motivational style!

Alexi has 12 years of experience within the health and fitness industry and uses various methods to take her clients to the peak of their ability. Alexi believes mobility and strength training is the foundation to optimal health and performance and all other goals excel around these components of fitness. Alexi is an energetic trainer enthused with passion in helping clients overcome obstacles and achieve optimal health and wellbeing. Alexi is a technical trainer specialising in postural correction, advanced flexibility, and sports specific training. Whether you have an aesthetically related goal, sports specific or undergoing rehabilitation - Alexi will take you beyond your limitations.
Terry is energetic, passionate and adventurous. He first stepped foot in a gym 20 years ago and hasn’t stopped since. Terry has been training in calisthenics since December 2020. He is anex-kickboxer and Muay Thai fighter, who fought professionally in Thailand. Terry is also the proud Dad to a German Shepherd and his other interests include making music, cooking, reading and making YouTube videos (subscribe!).
Sav is a highly skilled, committed and professional personal trainer with over 20yrs experience. Having trained national athletes and scaling his skill set to also train disabled children, he is a friendly, trustworthy and highly motivated character. Having succeeded in progressive roles within the fitness industry such as bodybuilding competitions and semi-professional tennis, he is constantly adapting and developing a competent holistic approach to personal training and all areas of exercise. Sav specialises in boxing, kickboxing, bodybuilding, rehab, posture analysis, back and stress management, GP referral and mobility. His high standards, knowledge and ability to motivate clients have made him a highly effective personal trainer, particularly for those with specialised needs and requirements.
Together with his 15 years of personal training experience, Mina has 10 years of professional boxing experience and has competed for the GB national team. Mina excels at coaching boxing and further specialises in nutrition, HIIT training and mindful wellbeing coaching. Mina is also renowned as a body-building competition trainer and strives to create champions in their own world. His coaching emphasises mind before body and his training style is 80% diet focused and 20% HIIT training, designed to get clients into the right frame of mind to exceed all their goals. Mina’s motto in life, for himself and his clients, is to strive for progress, not perfection.
Nacho is a happy, active person who’s always smiling and loves to encourage our members. He enjoys individual and group sports and has a particular interest in technology. Nacho has a vast sports background and is an experienced ski instructor, swimming instructor, tennis instructor and paddle instructor.
Jada is an outgoing, bubbly and fun personality. She has been dancing and performing from the age of 6 and is an all-round creative being. Jada has performed and competed internationally and has been teaching dance since aged 13. Jada runs her own modelling agency and dance company. She is currently a 3rd year at Anglia Ruskin University, studying a bachelor’s in Business and Marketing, and she’s soon to be a qualified instructor.
